You can begin at anytime, whether your loss is recent or years in the past. Grief does not follow any set timeline. Your heart is your best guide. If you feel ready to process and release, then it's the right time. If it still feels too soon, this course will be here when you're ready.

No. This course is primarily designed for personal processing. Some people may choose to work with a partner or guide, that is optional. If you do decide to work with a partner or guide, you would both take a vow of absolute confidentiality to protect any information shared. It's perfectly acceptable to choose to work alone.

The course is self-paced, allowing you to move through the material at whatever speed feels best for you. It is important to give yourself space to integrate the work. I would recommend choosing either an 8 week track, 6-4 week track, or 1-2 week intensive track. The appropriate pace will depend on how deeply you engage with the work and how much emotional processing time you uniquely require.
